SPECULATION The downfall of Snoke

My vote goes for Kylo Ren.

I believe Kylo will Murder Snoke, and Kylo will also Kill Luke, Kill Leia, Kill Finn, Kill Poe, probably ravage and marriege Rey or just slaughter her, not to mention that Kylo will Kill Chewie and destroy BB 8.

Please let the Baddies win this one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PS - But in the end, this is Disney and Disney is all about the Princess and the good guys winning in the end, so it's fairly obvious Rey will Kill Snoke and save the Universe, and they lived ever happily after.......

PPS - Needed to share my favorite Snoke theory by far, Snoke is just Yoda's evil twin (think this is the Soap Opera approach)...

 

A recent, 04/2016 youtube.com video said "set notes" have Snoke in a Sith Mediation chamber/vessel.
This ship is mobile & he can use the powerful systems to run the First Order and gain Force powers.
I never heard of these Sith vessels but it could make sense. I also doubt Snoke is 12-30 feet tall. That may be a ruse. It's possible Snoke might be a character not yet revealed but posing as Snoke. As time rolls on, I think more that it's NOT Darth Plaguis.
The Rogue One Bacca Tank scene is rumored to be Emeror Palpatine visiting Snoke. The point being Snoke was hurt but slowly recovering during the era of the OT. That's why few Rebels or Star Wars planets knew of him.

 

So he's a severely injured former Sith that has cheated death and this makes you doubt him being Plagueis?

Funny you should say that -- I can't help thinking Snoke is so scared of Luke Skywalker, that if Luke did show up, Snoke would make a fast exit.

Ooh, I like the idea that Hux somehow figures into this. That he would go that crazy in his thirst for power. Nice arc for him.

I think for whatever reason, JJA-Bad Robot/Disney might want a new, unattached Star Wars character with a completely new story & angle.
Snoke might have a secret or covert agenda but as time goes on, I doubt he will be revealed as Darth Plaguis. But Id add I wouldn't count it out.
Id say in 05/2016, its about 10% that Snoke will come out as Darth Plaguis. In 2015, Id say maybe 75/80% Snoke was Darth Plaguis.

 

In TFA Snoke seems to really fear a possible return of Luke. Why, if he is such "a big deal" for himself? Perhaps he only has his mental powers in full charge and fears to get overwhelmed physically. Therefore he needs a force watchdog and a military watchdog (kylux). A Brain with special force Pinkies. The difficulties with Snoke will be 1. How to find him. 2. Finish all his watchdogs. 3.Don't listen to the might of his powerful voice (like Saruman) and 4. Don't hesitate to finish him if you get the chance (no need for a second palpatine).

 

I'm confused are you talking about Snoke or Luke ?

 

Id like to see Rey, Kylo, Leia and Snoke all die leaving only Luke at the end of the Trilogy as he enters orbit around a planet of Amazon women. =)

Wouldn't it be funny if Snoke was not even Force Sensitive? Just some villain trying to rebuild the Sith through research and knowledge. LOL.

 

About Snoke (who seems to fear Luke's return). And some aspects you should be aware of if you would plan to finish snoke.

 

Maybe even be trained in the sith arts without even being a sith just like general grievous?

 

A new video/web rumor I saw last week stated its possible or plausible that "Snoke" may indeed be Darth Plaguis & Plaguis's race or his deep, long(maybe 100s of years) study of the Sith/dark side force might of given him the ability to transfer his spirit-soul from one vessel to the next.
He might be in the remains of Anakin's decaying-burned body wanting to find a new host.

Plaguis-Snoke is leery/fearful of Luke because he understands how powerful & unstable Luke is.
Plaguis sees Rey or maybe Kylo Ren as a viable option but he must also know his current being form can't last much longer without a new transfer.

...?! I don't see how that's possible because if he was waiting for a new host by whatever crazy "magic" then he CAN'T be Snoke because The Supreme Leader has been around since before the prequels.

 

Where or who said "Snoke" or a "Supreme Leader" was in power prior to the PT era?
The Senate & all the hand wringing/politics/ethical lapses was the political sphere at the time.
The Snoke character may have been covert but I don't think he was a leader or mentor.

 

I called him that because that's his current title.

I still like the early rumor that Kylo Ren will usurp power from Snoke and declare himself Supreme Leader. Then he will tell his Force using family, "I have finished what Darth Vader started so we, the Skywalker heirs to his legacy, can rule the galaxy together."

Either this or he kills Snoke and goes into a self-imposed exile because, redemption stuff. I don't think it's Rey's story to defeat Snoke, and if it is, it's probably because Luke tasked her with doing so.
