    Maybe this. or maybe he trimmed it to his own preference, lighter armor is maybe better for his fighting style. Jango was more of a soldier, Boba is more of a bounty hunter, gunslinger.

    Scars, supposed to be from the Sarlacc. But you are right, seems that shower is a rare pleasure in SW universe. I read somewhere that imperial assault shuttles reeked from the stormtroopers sweat accumulated for over a decade! :D

    I watched the sequence, this seems to be a bird, it appears for a second and is very fast flying behind him, looks like a bird flying close around the hill.

    There are only two things about this episode I found interesting - Boba Fett's initial appearance and the Moff Gideon's forces taking Grogu. That's about it.
