    good catch on the collar! that doesn't seem to be the current "fashion" for the galaxy anymore (the FO and Resistance collars no longer look like this), so it's a cool throwback.

    i'm bad with color, so i can't say anything about the shade of his cloak, it does look sorta grey-brown or warm-grey to me. Obi-Wan had more contrast overall with the dark browns.

    Is this for real?!? - according to the VD, Poe has tousled hair from wearing a helmet... Interesting. What does it say about Kylo Ren's hair?:D Does the VD give us any answers on how Kylo manage to keep his hair so voluminous under his helmet?

    Another thing I really liked was Rey's Makeup, it was done very subtle but still really enhanced her beauty.They applied some bronzer (or fake tan) on her forehead, nose and cheeks to bring a sun-kissed balminess to her face but also used the darker color to contour facial features.

    And did you notice that she was wearing heavy black eyeliner in some scenes?

    great point about the makeup! i love how they did Daisy too ~ and didn't catch the eyeliner!

    and while i know the kabuki remark is aimed at the PT, i have to admit that Leia's lip gloss in ANH is very distracting when she's talking to Vader and Tarkin ~ hahaha

    I like it when characters sweat..........makes them real and relatable. I'm happy they kept her natural and did not go over the top with the make up. In the prequels they were using too much make up and hence the characters looked like plastic dolls.

    Absolutly!... I loved Kylo's face during the fight- all sweaty and pale.

    I also like what they did to shape and color of her eyebrows. They are thicker, a bit masculine ( not high arched) and much darker. It really gives her face much more intensity, she does look more confident and stronger. Notice how the beginning of eyebrows line up with the bridge of her nose:

    @RockyRoadCHu, @Ammianus Marcellinus : couldn't agree more about the sweat! characters take a real beating throughout this movie.

    there's a great moment when Rey is first flying the Falcon and she's dodging in the seat; she looks up and you can see a ring of grime around her neck. it's awesome.

    and yeah, i love how wrecked Kylo Ren is at the end when he's lying in the snow; his hair is all wet and his face is trashed.

    they cast a lot of beautiful people in the film, but they're strategic about making them look glamorous at all.
