Speculative... but informed speculation... not sure what to make of it. It was clear watching his conversation with GR@Y that he wasn't quite sure what to make of it either. It will beinteresting to see how this pans out... If I read GR@Y right, he was hitting pretty hard it was Luke, but then I could have been reading wrong...

    It's still anyone's ballgame, folks...

There was more than that in the conversation, but it does mean that Kyle was right about the Sith collector.:)

Yeah, I went and read the whole thing... again, it seemed to me that they were hopefully speculating based on the same things we are seeing... if it is for sure, Jason will be making a big post on MSW... this is twitter chat among fans hashing things out

the sith collector did not seem to be hashing things out, as Jason was telling them about it and the others were making jokes.
as he did say that he saw the final design.

I don't see it that way... 'course I could be wrong... it has happened before, from time to time...

They start talking about villains, the comment about this being JJ's third SW film... lightsabers... then the comment:

Having "seen the final design" could mean in concept, or alluding to the Warlord still... and having all three helmets, is he saying this character actually possesses all three, or the concept incorporates all three? I am just not sure he was being serious when he was saying this is an "evil Indiana"... I took it as tongue in cheek...

I guess, as Jason @MakingStarWars is here on this forum... the wise thing would be to ask him exactly what this means rather than us speculating...

I'm not going to "walk out of the theater" if Yoda is a CGI/digital FX.
If he's a "force ghost" it's not going to be a clear image anyway.
I'm thinking the rumor/leak of Yoda appearing to Luke at the end or in the 3rd act of TFA then giving him details to use in EP8 will be the way the film will end.
Just like how Skywalker saw Ben at his lowest point on Hoth in TESB.

So I guess in light of recent reveals about Luke we can write this spoiler off. I am kind of disappointed though was really looking forward to potentially seeing this scene on the big screen.

The "LEWK'S N WAN SEEN" spoiler. The only way I could have seen that happening is if they hadn't publicly announced that Mark Hamill would be in the movie so far in advance. If it was a complete surprise, like Thanos popping up in the stinger to The Avengers (the character's name wasn't even in the credits - he was just credited as "Man #1").

But, as we know, rumors of his involvement were posted the day the movie was announced (even before that, if I remember correctly), and Disney confirmed them pretty early on once Carrie Fisher and Harrison Ford were officially signed on to the movie. If they really wanted to make it a surprise (good luck with that in the internet age), they would have just cast Leia and Han and kept mum about Luke.

Given the whole John Harrison/Khan debacle that was fresh in our heads after Star Trek Into Darkness, I seriously doubt that J. J. Abrams would want to repeat that mistake with a minute-long role that is highly publicized (he stated that the misdirection regarding the character was a bad move). I seriously doubt that Hamill will have less screentime in the sequel to the movie that made him famous - and indeed, he's the member of the big three that is most grateful for his role - than he did in his extended cameo appearance in Kingsman: The Secret Service. (Off-topic: fun movie, by the way!)

I also doubt that the movie is going to end with the lightsaber duel that is the thematic equivalent of two retarded headless chickens swing their weapons around aimlessly. Will there be a Rey/Finn VS Kylo Ren duel? Absolutely! Will it be the emotional/dramatic/action-packed climax to the film? Absolutely not.

In response to post: #105, Id call the "Kylo Ren" character more of a Rene Belloq type than a Dr Henry Jones Jr.;)
In the classic adventure film; Raiders of the Lost Ark, Indy learned the true nature & power of the objects then chose to use them for study(good). He didn't collect them for evil purposes or to be maligned like Belloq.

It would be great if Kasdan/JJ twist the 3rd act then have the Ren/Adam Driver character learn too late that he was being played out or double crossed by the main villians(Darth Plaguis). He, like Anakin may be put into the "iron mask" or servitude then be a new Darth Vader like character. (dark)

This is also what I think could happen with James Earl Jones and Billy Dee Williams. Not highly likely, but possible.

The CGI Yoda would not be used, especially in the light of the Simon Pegg interview about the puppet version "saving Star Wars."

Just playing devil's advocate here, but the only thing which might support Hamill not having many scenes is the fact that he said the last time he shaved was the day of the cast read-through.
Following that, from the photos we have seen, it seems like his beard just kept growing between then and November, rather than being maintained at one length. His beard continuity would be all over the place if he was involved throughout the shoot...

It seems to me if they have force ghosts at all, Anakin has to be involved eventually. Otherwise I would think "why do all these force ghosts show up and we never see anakin?". Unless he postumously returned to the dark side! Hey...how about that one kids!

Also, do sith have force ghosts? If not, why not?
