Is this a recent pic? If it is then between this and the fact that he's training with the guys that trained Michael B. Jordan for Creed I'm excited for Finn and John himself as well.

True, I used to wrap my hands when I played rugby because catching a fast moving spirally ball backwards hurts after a while and so does holding a sword with hard hits which could cause chaffing probably ...

The people that don't want a FS Finn will say

1. He enjoys kendo doesn't mean he will use it in the movie
2. He could be wielding a shock baton against phasma
3. It is nothing but another red herring

 

Finn will be the next general of the Rebels for many movies to come. He will replace Leia in that role. Finn will be the ground general and Poe the Air general. Great chemistry to come with these two. He won't have a romance with Rey.

Rey's destiny is too big.

 

Will rey and finn at least get to interact again? Or will she be too busy with her great destiny?

I don't think it's misdirection...boxing actually helps build muscle like crazy and is one of the most cardio-intesiive workouts besides Tennis and swimming .

 

Here won't have a romantic relationship because you don't want him to? With ever starwars movie and book having a romance near the center where do you think that's coming from? Why do you think they reduced / removed the added love interest they were going to add?

boxing is a great workout. You look at the back ground and his gear I would bet money on it being a fencing academy or kendo dojo.

 

They'll cross. As for Solo and Luke, they reach a point together and then their arc would take some movie time separately but they'll meet at every start and end. Like classic Hollywood writing. Finn leading the resistance thing and Rey ruling the force things and so on for many episodes to come.

It has an instant interest to have any romance between them but you have to think it during 6 or 10 episodes.

This is a trilogy but the things we didn't figured well is that the next trilogy will be an adventure of Rey and General Finn too. They'll be in Ep X, XII, XII and so on until it changes.

Like I stated earlier. Star Wars is gonna be Rey's story. But for many trilogies to come. For the next generation, they you will say Star Wars, everyone will answer Rey ... then Finn.

Ridley and Boyega were casted for being their Star Wars character on screen for a long time.

Rey will have the power to master the force like a God.

 

I had an idea earlier idea that he's doing a hybrid physical fighting/LIGHTSABER fighting ...

nice ideas except... they have mentioned the episodes of star wars are the sky walker story and that will end with this trilogy. you don't get a rey and finn 6 episode run. Thats why they are pushing the anthology movies. If they are to grow the franchise it has to be beyond the standard episodic trilogy

 

You have to stop tp think in a Lucas way, this is over. Disney paid 4 billions dollars for that. Disney is planning to make as many of movies as possible and at the rythm of 1 every two years ... Considering the age of Daisy Ridley they can make 15 episodes with her. The crowd loved her at first sight.

Daisy Ridley will be the face of the Force for a looooong way to come. It's not a new trilogy which start in EPVII, it's a franchise.

 

I think it will be very three episodes will be a trilogy like a specific story arc with the name "Skywalker" somehow being involved ...

 

The arc of Kylo Ren. They are making the link and cutting it at the same time.

One way for Disney to get this on his own and break the Lucas arc.

 

I'm not thinking the Lucas way im thinking the Disney way. You can tell more stories and make more money when you branch off from following a set group of people in an entire galaxy. If they take Lost stars and give it a movie treatment it will break the bank. If anything you need to not think of it as a comic book or tv show. movies can't run indefinitely and actors like to do other roles.

Take all of that and the money Disney will make off books and such, it is a good idea to walk away from the trilogy and move on to knew characters and stories with old ones popping up from time to time. Getting away from the episodes will keep people from feeling they have to have seen the other 9 movies to enjoy whats going on.

 

Head probably do it as a comic book or "Kylo's survival guide to surviving Snkke "
