There's already a thread debating on who Kylo Ren is.

As I've stated before I don't think there is going to be a double agent type scenario surrounding Kylo. The more thinking I do about some things I've read I have also recently considered perhaps the art we have seen of the chrome trooper evolved into the helmet and look we now associate with Kylo Ren. I think sometimes people take the concept art too directly. It is after all CONCEPT art.. it evolves. If you look at the two images below notice how the "chrome trooper" had a standard cape in the art and Kylo appears in the other piece of art to have a similar cape which is different than what we see him wear in the teaser. Also looking at the art of Kylo notice how the striping seems to almost glow. Maybe the striping actually lights up? Like I said it is just concept art but the reason I am getting at the chrome trooper possibly being an early look for Kylo is with all of these actors in the movie why cover all of the villains faces? If GC does play the role people are assuming she plays of an elite squad of troopers she would stand out more with armor and no helmet (Maybe a some other headwear without face covering instead). Why cover her face so we can't see ALL of her acting skills and then have another villain with a mask/helmet too. I think its more likely that Kylo is actually this role of a villain with a group of troopers backing him up at some point especially since we have heard of art with him and troopers burning a village.

 

I understand the whole no spies idea however. There are set picks of GC, Domhall, and others in similar uniforms. They did not look grey more olive or brown like the Reb uniforms.

Unless stormtroopers are back on the Alliance side there needs to be a reason she is both in chrome and fatigues.

 

Are there any photos of her in chrome? or even any real pictures other than that older concept art I posted of a chrome trooper?

 

Where are photos of Christie and Gleeson? I have not seen any photos of these actors.

Those could be anybody, same with the flight suit picture of Driver.

 

I agree. It could be it could not be. The person that took those pictures had a video posted too and you can hear the person directing say over a loud speaker John Boyegas name. Other than that I'm not 100% it was Driver or GC.

 

I thought they just said "John" and "Adam"

Kind of looks like a bustling rebel base scenario is going on from what you can see.

I picked up my visual scanning and lined up the leaked set pictures with as many visual references as I could find in each image.
Yellow Line - same tree
Green Line - same distinctive bald spot in the grass
Red Line - an engine or piece of greeble
Pink Line - Tents

Others have speculated the person in the bottom photos (Red Circle) is Solo and his hair does look grey. It's not too far fetched considering the Falcon is also at that base. I did notice though that the guy in the upper left (Blue Line) has a similar outfit as Solo's concept. So it could possibly be that guy. The person has a short jacket, not a trench coat in Solo's concept. The other person with 'Solo' looks like Korr Sella (Maisie Richardson-Sellers) again, based on the outfit.

Could possibly be Finn keeping a low profile in that upper photo. It's been reported his name was heard being called on set.

 

I like this chart but I have my doubts that those people are Gleeson and Christie. Everything else I agree on.

 

Agreed. I don't know about that being GC or Gleeson.

 

Well if I'm wrong i really suck at my job! LOL I will bet all my credits on it come Dec 2015. That's a promise

I like it. Based on this chart and what has been confirmed via the trailer that means the following characters are "Rebels"....
Boyega
Christie
Gleeson
Richard-sellers
Driver
Isaac

add the assumption of Rey, Leia, Han, Luke and you have a lot of good guys.

Who are the baddies then? I believe Driver is also masquerading as a Sith wannabe. That leaves Lupita, Serkis, Pip.....who else?

 

My guess I've posted elsewhere in the forum is that GC is undercover here to gather info. This may legitimately be a 'pirate base' I.E. neutral territory.
I really hope she's the Chrome Trooper / Imperial Knight with the cape and lightsaber though.
