But I believe that Darth Revan is Legends and dead.

 

Well, one thing won't surprise me. If there is a Revan alive, that will awesome stuff. He is greatest character of all SW universe (atleast for me), kicking sith and jedi asses. Having under control light and dark side. He is truly One with a Force.

 

I am not so sure. I am reading around the wiki. Mind you I am not proposing that any story from the EU will show up completely but imagine if the cold war/struggle between the Imperials and the Alliance is about to end. Leia is about to sign a treaty with the Mofs creating a new government perhaps one of the Mofs will be installed as an emperor but with a restored senate as a check perhaps Gwen Christie's Chrome Trooper is an Imperial Night. And a new Sith threat is "awakened."

 

I was joking with Revan. Yep, I agree with you. This story from EU makes sense and I like that story.

 

Wow again complete unconfirmed speculation but imagine if Leia is about to secure peace to the Galaxy merging the Alliance (you know cause their not rebels anymore) with the Empire run by the Moffs. This will mean their current Emperor lets call him Thrawn is about to take power. Only to have her efforts foiled by her own son Kylo Ren Solo who serves the motives of his new found master Darth Uber (Serkis Dark Lord Character). Perhaps Kylo assassinates Thrawn (opening a spin off movie telling his back story and rise through the ranks) peace is about to fail the Mofs support for the peace plan is failing the Alliance is reconsidering why have a monarch at all. . . . just then some thought to be junker girl living on the outerim learns her real last name is Palpatine she has found Luke's lightsaber and Han hears about it when Dengar (MVS cyborg) puts out a call trying to fence the item. Han saves the girl and the saber from falling into the hands of Kylo Ren and with all the crap going down takes the returned Saber that maybe the only one that can help at this point is Luke . . . if he is not nuts or worse. They fly to Lukes last know whereabouts and try to find him. Discover he has been locked in battle with an ancient Sith he is using his power to keep the evil contained but is losing sanity and so on. Crap goes down the ancient evil is freed, big fight ensues. Luke is now able to leave exile cause he is not actively containing the awakened evil. This ends on the same not but in reverse as ANH. The Alliance's plans for peace are dashed for now by a new Force Warrior but its a Sith not a Jedi, but now Luke returns to Leia with the news that the key to galatic peace is in Rey Palpatine. Since Thrawn, the Moffs choice, was killed they are splintering and vieing for positions themselves. Enter Kylo Ren Solo Vader's grandson who can bring order. So Luke who dedicated himself to the destruction of Emperor Palpatine new seeks to put his granddaughter on the throne in the interest of peace in the galaxy.

Probably completely wrong but I like it.

 

Cool theory but I don't think there is any chance Rey is a Palpatine. However, until the movie is released I could be the one that is wrong

 

What I like about it is that the only thing it changes about the existing rumors and tid bits confirmed is the identity of Rey. I agree I think she is a Solo or a nobody but that is speculation too. Soooo much of what has been floated is vague and could go in many different directions which I am kinda amazed they are sharing info with names and a trailer but it is not really giving anything concrete.

 

With all respect I find this to be far fetching.As a Swede I thought Kylo to be a star wars form of Kyle.
Never crossed my mind that it could or would be connected to Cold.In Swedish it's Kall or Kallt.
By this same notion Kylos second name Ren,could allude to mean clean then.Or reindeer,which in Swedish is Ren.
So in Swedish his name would mean Cold clean or alternative..Cold Reindeer.Maybe that's why he likes to hike in the snowy woods in the middle of the night...

 

I'm glad they are not giving anything concrete. It will make watching the movie that much better. I also think that is the whole point of he "mystery box" is Ito give us just enough to keep us excited without giving anything away

So Kylo Ren appears to be our cyborg in the trailer. So does that mean he is not Adam Driver? That would then make him Andy Serkis.The fact he is not introduced as a "Darth" by Disney seems to line up with what Kyle said earlier. That there is a master who is not a sith, his apprentice (Driver) takes control and becomes master later. So perhaps Driver is a Solo/Skywalker and will become the new Anakin of the trilogy.

 

Uhm...if Serkis is not force sensitive...how or why does he talk about how it's awaken?How can he feel or see this happen if he is not aware of it and ignorant of it?Just asking without the aim to be a wiseguy here..

 

I think he is a force sensitive, but not powerful enough to be a Sith Lord.

 

I think Serkis play Kylon Ren and Max von Sydow plays a emperor to him

 

I think there are two cyborgs in the concept art.

Cantina Drunk Cyborg to be played by MVS he's the one with mostly black and white drawings missing an eye.

The second Cyborg or masked character is the one looking at Vader's helmet. That I think is Kylo Ren. He is also seen with a saber to Rey's throat in the concept art.

Rumors where I think other than just SpoilerMan that Serkis does double duty voice over for one character my guess would be awakened dark side threat as well as a mo cap alien.

 

My problem with MVS being the main baddie,is that he is old and well...what would happen if he where to be a goner when they are producing the sequels of TFA?Would some other actor play him?Would they have to write him out in some way?

 

Serkis is the voice in the trailer . . . that voice is the evil dark Lord.

If MVS is not the cantina guy who Rey trades with then I would expect you will see him in the uniform of an imperial admiral.

 

Mizzlewump's other spoilers have panned out so far, so until I hear otherwise, I'm going to assume Darth Ruin is correct.

 

Out of curiosity what has Mizzlewump floated that has panned out. Currently there is a lot of speculation I would love to have a reliable source or at least one that had a higher degree of cred.
