    A friend of mine posted it on Facebook and I immediately blocked the person. I cannot say how incredible angry I was. My biggest interest in the Force Awakens is actually Luke, I believe he has the most interesting character arch in the upcoming film from the original trilogy members. To not unveal anything in the first 2 teasers or any images was brilliant in my opinion and adds to Luke's characters.

    I usually wonder this a lot, especially with post apocalyptic fiction. In star wars, I'm ok not having a scene of Luke using a washboard :)

    A friend once asked me how the predator culture works with nothing but hunters. I said "I dont want to see predator scientist and bankers dealing with mundane issues."

    What if this darker cloak is from the rumored flashback scene? Of course I don't know if there is any such scene but that's a possibility.

    When would this be flashing back to, though... he has the cybernetic hand, so it is post ESB. He is wearing dark, like RotJ... but, his hand has no flesh... so it isn't right at the time of RotJ...

    So, regardless of when this is, there are definitely two scenes we know of that he will be in...

    And... there is... another...

    I was thinking with the Original three being a certain age, might not make it through all of filming it the ST before they pass on. This 3d scan could be a way of being able to use Mark Hammill even after he passes on. Although I hope the original three live many more years to come.

    I actually think @Revanite has it right...

    Think about it... even though the voiceover in the second teaser strongly implies we are looking at Luke with R2, it is a very different robotic hand than the one Luke gets at the end of ESB. It is also very thin and, dare I say, feminine? The cloaks are dramatically different in color, too.

    In light of these three factors, I humbly suggest that the cyborg in teaser two is not Luke but Rey... after she has been beaten by Kylo, fitted with a robotic arm, amd is laying her father, Han Solo, to rest after he was murdered by Kylo. It is after this scene that Rey could take off to Skellig Michael to meet with Master Luke, having finally accepted her destiny...
