    Life Day GorPorWorrt

    AKA: AGFFA Turducken

    Prepare Gorg (Little amphibians snacked on by Jabba and sold pickled in finer street carts all over Tatooine) by removing skin, head, feet, and intestines and poach in brine.

    Set Aside to cool.

    Prepare Porg by removing feathers, head, feet, and intestines and poach in brine.

    Set aside to cool.

    Prepare Worrt (Tatooine desert frogs seen in ROTJ outside of Jabba's Palace) by removing skin, head, feet, and intestines and poach in brine.

    Set Aside to cool.

    Stuff the Gorg in the Porg and the Porg in the Worrt.

    Bring Bacta tank to rolling boil and carefully lower the GorPorWorrt into the liquid.

    WARNING, DO NOT ATTEMPT WITH FROZEN GORPORWORTT. THIS WILL RESULT IN A CATASTROPHIC EXPLOSION (epic fail) (This is what really caused the main core chain reaction on the First Death Star above Yavin IV. Tarkin really loved himself some GorPorWorrt but his personal chef was indisposed and the stand-in didn't read the instructions.)

    The preparation is complete when the GoPorWorrt floats. Ensure all ingredients are at least 165 degrees.

    Best served with a fine Corellian brandy.

    PORG SMOOTHIE
    • Roughly 3/4 – 1 lbs Porg Breast, cooked and cut into chunks
    • 1/2 Roasted and Diced White Onion, roasted
    • 1/2 Roasted and Diced Sweet Potato
    • 1 Cup Porg Bone Broth[​IMG]
    • 4 Tbs Plain Unsweetened Blue Milk[​IMG]
    • Salt & Pepper
    • 1/2 Tbs Death Stick
    • 2 Jawa Zucchinis
    Preparation:
    • Throw all of your ingredients into a blender[​IMG]…
    • Puree
    • Done
