Yeah, strategically it seemed like every mistake in the book was made in this episode. It was very frustrating the first watch, but the second time around I enjoyed it a lot more.

Black Krrsantan only has metal in his left hand, correct? I know he's a badass and tough beast but he was like Wolverine! (Who has a metal skeleton and can heal) he didn't even need a bacta after everything he went through and only limped for a couple of minutes

I noticed that as well. At one point, Drash yells to someone that she'll draw the fire of one of the giant Droidekas, but they're like three feet away from each other- no proper social distancing in sight! :p Who was that gonna help?

Flashbacks to the old Battlefront games, where a properly placed AT-AT shot could take out a dozen people in a 10ft radius.

Because they're all on a small sound stage and nothing actually exists except for that prop?

I can say now that I really liked the show, specially in the las three episodes.

Boba riding the rancor was a nice idea and the Rancor crushing those big "droydekas" was very exciting, I was cheering for the him all the time, even when he was out of control...hahaha

The series end without a link for a second season, it was confirmed or not?

Great episode, The Mando and Grogu are back together, wonder what happen to Yoda lightsaber he would of got that one as well. Wonder what Luke is doing. The battle was mad, Boba and Mando againist bunch of soldiers.Rancor seen unstoppable when tank droid shotting him it never gone down, Boba riding on it but got scared of fire. I don't watch Clone Wars & Rebels (just few), don't know much of Cad Bane, my brother did and Boba did beat him down learn by hanging around with Sandpeople.I really enjoyed it. Even feel Boba might get killed off or The Mando.

3rd, I don't think they go through all this trouble to get him to live action. Only to be killed off two episodes in. Again, they spent a lot of time showing us how Shand survived and Boba for that matter.

No hint of a TBoBF s2 yet, but, unless Boba & al becomes main characters in a fast crowding TM show, a second season seems very likely, if you ask me :)

Fennec Shand surviving was teased. I can't see Cad Bane surviving. It would kind of ruin the final confrontation with Fett. Essentially, what purpose would brining him back accomplish unless he returns and kills Fett? Fett's next foe should be higher up the food chain. His battle should be crime head leader.

Did the ending with Boba and crew in the streets take place minutes, hours or a whole day after the showdown? I'm guessing Fennec took out the rivals within hours after the shootout while Boba talked to the Freetown bartender and got Cod Vanth into the bacta tank and the mod parlor guy to do a house visit all while Din took off with Grogu.

Then the next morning is when Boba took a stroll with Fennec and met with the others

I'm... skeptical. If for no other reason than dude's old now. He made it a lot further than I'd ever dreamed, anyway.

But hey, I don't complain about more Cad Bane.

The blinking red light could be Cad's oxygen being in danger or already depleted or something

To quote HelloGreedo, what purpose was there to show him in that shot?

Hmmm... regarding the ticking- I still don't think he's alive. That ticking could be a lot more things than just a defibrillator.

Personally, having rewatched the scene with an open mind, I did see what HelloGreedo was talking about. But to me, it seems more like a maybe a heartbeat sensor. Someone is trying to keep tabs on Cad Bane, and now knows that he's dead.

The Pyke Leader, or the mayor, perhaps- in order to keep tabs on their forces?

Or maybe a guild of bounty hunters, invested in their own? Could we see Dengar, Bossk, Zuckuss, Mercurial Swift coming for Fett in revenge in the future?

I think that it's very possible that the scene is meant to draw attention to the beeping, but I'm still not sold that it's any proof that our bad boyboi is still tickin.

I thought live action Cad Bane was awesome and would have loved to see more of him. But I think if they keep him alive somehow it makes Boba look super weak and dumb for not finishing him off when he had him. So I'm pretty sure he's done.

Such a great finale to this series, 76 Pykes died being part of this one, the syndicate is short a few members, Mando & Boba fight well together, Rancor gone on a King Kong rampage & we have Mandalorian season 3 to look forward to.

The whole showdown/finale was tense as hell. I loved the way that it wasn't just a cute A-Team style plan that all comes together and they were forced to wing everything instead. It created a giddy string of action tropes without it becoming too predictable. Let's admit it. We were all expecting the gunship until Boba brought out the Rancor. The way the the other factions had Boba's "tribe" surrounded right from the off was cool.

    Beginning of chapter 1
Boba Fett: They ruled with fear, but I will rule with respect!

    End of chapter 7
Citizens of Mos Espa: *respectfully offer Boba respectful greetings and respectful gifts*
    boba smiles in pain.gif
Boba Fett: I totally did not sign up for this.

Be careful what you wish for, Boba! :p
