    What do people think about Rey Dameron? Poe Dameron's mothers last name was "Bey". If you swap the The R in Rey for a B like you can swap the B in Ben for an R to make Ren you get "Bey". Just a coincidence?

    I personally would love it to be Rey Kenobi only because I have so much love for Obi-Wan though I know it's highly unlikely.

    It took us over thirty years to get to know Palpatine's first name. She will remain Rey until someone decides to give her a surname in some obscure tie-in novel a quarter of century from now.

    Agreed. Does anyone think she might go back to Jakku and find her parents names and identity? Not sure how it would serve the story though. Unless she starts having dreams a la Anakin in AOTC. That’s what got him to go back to Tatooine.

    Nah. At this point it will be a waste of time, IMO. Also, the thing about mass graves is that there's no way to determine who's who. Mozart was burried in such and we still have no idea what was the place of his final resting.

    The funny thing about Jakku is that despite being such a remote and unimportant planet it is so widely known. I guess being a site of a major battle is sometimes a plus. :D
