    That's a perfectly fair thing to do. The others are so connected, thematically and plot wise it almost makes more sense to.

    It's all about which re-hash of ANH people liked more. Oops.

    This is my favorite thing: If you liked this thing that the vast majority of critics liked, you must be a paid Disney shill! Because Disney clearly could bribe 400 critics without anyone spilling the beans

    Haha yea. Jedi reused the death star but to me, it still brought lots of inspired things, Creature design, space battle, emperor, etc. Plus the Emperor was using the second death star as a trap to lure the rebels in and zap them off so that Luke can watch them die. Snoke just used the sun planet, well just because.

    That's kind of bleak but there's some truth in that. We could just skip it and move on, that's what I do with TPM.

    I may move TLJ up to a solid #4 once I get a chance to rewatch it- and if the Kylo Ren story arc continues to be as good in IX. If that arc is superb, I could move it up to #3, but If it gets trashed, I'll be mad they set me up.
