How Episode VIII should end in your ideas?

As for the ending of VIII...what if Kylo turns himself in and becomes a prisoner of the Resistance and the Republic decides his fate that could lead to executing the son of Leia and Han. It could end on a 'hopeful' note or more like a 'uncertainty' note because we won't know what will or might not happen.

It'll leave us wondering what might happen leading into IX. Will Kylo provide some useful information of Snoke? Will he and Leia reconcile? Will he and Rey become something more than enemies? Will Kylo be able to break free from Snoke's influence? Will he turn towards the light even though he won't turn his back entirely on the darkness that will never leave him? Will Rey join him by turning towards the darkness even though she won't turn her back entirely on the light that will never leave her? If it does happen, will they work together that brings them a little closer leading them to not follow the paths of becoming a Jedi and or a Sith? Will Kylo's turning himself in be the plan all along for Snoke to destroy the resistance from within once and for all? If something happens to either Finn and or Poe, what will their fates be? Will the Republic and the Resistance be destroyed if Snoke comes in on top? Will the First Order be destroyed? How will Luke feel and or fit into everything?

 

I don't know, Imo throwing Ren in jail would be wasting his potential as a character. His character needs to take control of the story, I want him to be out there doing cool stuff, interacting and being proactive. Rotting in prison sounds kind of boring...?

 

He wouldn't have to spend too long in prison...when Rey breaks him out. This is when things can get interesting... ?

 

i actually saw a fanfict that followed this exact plot. if you took out all the porny bits, it was almost interesting ~ hahaha

Well..it could easily explore an interesting/intriguing side to both Rey and Kylo...who knows where it could lead...

 

- Supreme Leader Snoke killed Luke, Rey's fate is unknown

- Kylo and the KOR are no longer under the command of Supreme Leader Snoke, Finn joins the KOR

- General Hux is sporting a blaster and arrests General Leia, Poe and BB-8

 

- Kylo Ren left the 1st order. The Knights of Ren are on the run.
- Rey learned that Luke killed her parents.
- Finn becomes a resistance ground general.
- Snoke killed Leia.
- Chewie is gone to chase Ren.

 

Kylo would have completed his training for sure at this time. At the end, I think it will be a Kylo/Rey duel, but Rey loses and gets badly injured (maybe losing a right hand ) while Luke might be facing Snoke and Snoke may kill Luke. I think Luke will end up dying in either viii or more likely ix. But after Rey get injured, Finn or Chewie comes in and saves her.

 

Would really like to see an ending scene mirroring both ESB and AOTC endshot. With that image of "crap went down, yet we are still hopeful".

Why not Luke captured and Rey's gonna save him ?

for viii ~ i expect they'll be a lot less cozy.

for vii we got Luke and Rey looking at each other leaving us to wonder at their next steps/first words,
so perhaps in viii, we'll get Ren and Rey looking at each other in the same kind of "where to now?" scenario (not as antagonists, but as possible allies).

 

What if they're going to pull off an the walking dead?? I mean it (DIDN'T) worked so well with the season finale!

Imagine that Rey rekt Ren and Snoke offered her to train her or something like that. She agrees. Now-Dark-side-Rey and Snoke go away and some stormtroopers bring Ren to Benicio del toro, where Ren realizes that all the heroes (Luke, Leia, Poe, Finn, Chewie and also some guys from the resistance) where captured and lined up. Then Benicio's character says that they killed so many of his men, and that they gotta paaay for that. He takes out a baseball bat (or maybe something more space-y, like idk Quidditch Bat) covered in barbed wire.
!NOW THIS IS WHERE IT GETS INTERESTING!
Benidico is all like:"daaaamn which of you should I kill?" and then he says "I got an idea!" and begins doing eenie, meanie, money, moe..
Then at the end when he says "And. That. Is. YOU" it changes to the POV of the poor dude/dudette who gets killed and Benidico just begins smashing their head with the bat

Kylo Ren kills Snoke and General Hux, so the Knights of Ren take complete control of the First Order. Phasma defects with Finn and Rey. Kylo beats up Rey at the end while Luke fights him off long enough where Finn can grab Rey and Luke flees because he doesn't want to kill his nephew.
