While this is funny, I am deeply disappointed that Han's Force ghost doesn't have a Force ghost blaster and a Force ghost holster.

Exactly. Implied time jumps are all over this movie and in every SW movie. It is very possible that days or even weeks went by before Rey and Chewie finally venture off to Ach-to. And while it is not implied very well during their hyperspace travel to Ach-to (they look like they never left their seatss - Lol) it reasonably could have taken weeks to get to Ach-to.

 

You raise an interesting question. What exactly IS Kylo's will? What does he want in life?

His family is trying to lead him in one direction; Snoke, another. But the best clue we have about what Kylo wants comes from his scene with Vader's helmet. "I will finish what you started."

How does Kylo interpret that? Vader started a lot of things. Killing all the Jedi, but also killing the Sith. Bringing balance to the Force. Ending the war. Being a father. Crushing the Rebellion. Falling in love.

We just don't know what Kylo Ren wants yet. But I hope we find out.

It seems she spent some time talking to Leia at least, from the novelization, plus she got a new outfit. I am sure it was at least a few days.

There's also the "join us or die" mission of Vader. Now would seem an opportune time to goad Luke into some desperate and angry action that might "forever dominate his destiny". He could still be tempted into avenging his lost apprentices or into an angry defense of loved ones - his greatest known weakness...

if i had to bet money, it's about restoring balance to the galaxy. he just about says as much to Mitaka in the novel.
how he thinks this can be achieved is dubious and debatable. he seems very morally confused.

Kylo looks at Rey as someone who he can teach, an apprentice, and possibly use to help overthrow Snoke, like Vader thought Luke as. The problem is Rey's perception of him, and now her new relationship with Luke.

 

Obviously raise her, he's not going to let a hot force property like Rey get away that easy.

He wouldn't be looking forgiveness just yet.

Im split with it, I personally like the idea, there's also a bit of me that wonders what the 6-7 year old me would have made of Luke doing a radicle change to the dark side?
