The Worst Movie You Ever Saw

Book of Eli I just didn't get the plot.

 

Spiders. I think the movie summary from Rotten Tomatoes sums up the majority of the problems: "SPIDERS centers on mutant spiders that fall to earth from a disabled Soviet space station. With New York City threatened to be overrun, it's up to transit supervisor Jason Cole and health inspector Rachel Cole to save their daughter and prevent the colossal Queen Spider from uniting with her eggs and creating an army of massive killer spiders."

I can't even say I enjoyed it in the cheesy way bad movies can usually be tolerated. There were scenes where they keep cameras (that's fine) but when they switched back to Camera angle A, something had changed, like her hair, or her posture, or how close they were. This happens sometimes even in big movies, sure, but this was a blatant issue. And on top of just the dialogue and storyline, well, we have a winner! From a certain point of view.

I usually walk out of movies I don't like or turn them off at home, but this one I ended up watching for some reason. Sad, sad day.

 

Plan 9 from outter space.

 

Though there are a few movies I have seen in the theatre that I didn't like and I'm tempted to name Blair Witch Project as my number one choice, It doesn't compare to these two movies:




Alien Apocalypse and Creatures from the Abyss! Now, these movies are really REALLY bad! I love the Evil Dead movies and Ash just rocks but why on Earth would Bruce Campbell star in such a trash about alien termites is beyond me! You want an awesome plot? Well this movie has it. The alien termites come to Earth to eat all of our wood! And yeah I know that sounds pretty nasty but that's the reason these buggers:

came to Earth. The movie sucks, it's boring and I lost a few brain cells watching that junk.

Now Creatures of the Abyss gets even better at the getting worst department as this movie has it all. Incredibly bad actors, fish that fly, stupid main characters that enter a unknown floating lab/boat and they just proceed to eat the things they find there and a crazy scene about a fishman creature thing and a girl that are in bed and..............
Well you can imagine! If you only like good movies then avoid this like a plague but if you are like me that sometimes I get together with my niece and nephew and have a crappy movie night then this abomination is just what you need!



Though the movie is called Creatures from the Abyss, there are some places where it can be found as Plankton and I warn you guys that this is an adult movie so no watching it with your kids!

 

Oh! I forgot about the Killer Klowns from Outer Space. But, that was supposed to be humorous so Idk if it counts as being awful, since it was successful at what it was. But, that was pretty awful. Didn't finish it, or I erased the second half from memory.

 

Worst movie ever.... One-eyed Monster....it is so bad, please do not watch it. Even Sharknado is better

 

Fan4stick is up there.

But the Thomas Jane/Travolta Punisher is the only movie I legitimately fell asleep watching.

 

I didn't watch this in a cinema it was on syfy, hopefully still counts. Watched it and well i forced myself to get to the end. I couldn't. Watch the trailer and you will know why.

 

It may controversial but two films immediately come to mind:


Fifth Element:



The Infamous Holiday Special:


If you guy's want to specifically know why then feel free to ask. But in my honest opinion I think it's self explanatory... or maybe it's just me

 

While I do like The Fifth Element, I have to agree that the SW Holiday Special is truly an abomination!

 

I personally liked this film, as to me I haven't watched anything like this. Any crime legal for one night is an interesting premise to see. I haven't yet seen two and three, probably watch them in the next couple of weeks.

 

Can you elaborate on why The Fifth Element is one of the worst films ever seen? I find it way better than Attack of the Clones.

 

I just didn't like it. I didn't like Bruce Willis in it. I felt like the film was trying to be too weird and overtop - which is totally fine - but I didn't feel like the film pulled it off. It felt rushed and tacky.

That's just my opinion though. I kinda knew it'd be controversial to say I didn't like Fifth Element.

 

No, no! it's perfectly fine, even if The Fifth Element is one of my favourite scifi movies of all times. A lot of it is based on The Incal and Valerian comics from France. Autors of both comics were the main concept artists from that film. I guess if you like European comic you easily like The Fifht Element because it has that same touch.

By the way, Valerian was a source of inspiration for Star Wars, even if Lucas never assumed it.

 

Wow, I didn't know that. Well my respect for Fifth Element's origin has gone up. Still not a fan of the film. The cringe level is sky high for me

 

Surf Nazis Must Die, but at least that is somewhat watchable. Robert Altman's Pret A Porter/Ready to Wear, however, I couldn't get through that mess.

 

Butterfly Effect is one...

But i can remember at least a hundred.
